Refund policy

At Liseroyalty, every gown is a bespoke work of art made exclusively for each client. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your dress. Please review our thorough return and refund policy before placing your order:

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the custom nature of our gowns, most orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except in the following cases:

  • Your dress arrives damaged in transit.

  • Production or design error (does not match the specifications confirmed by you during design approval).

Please inspect your garment immediately upon delivery. If you encounter any defects, damage, or discrepancies, contact us within 24 hours, providing clear photos or video evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom orders tailored to your approved specifications of style, size, fabric, and color.

  • Samples, sale, or promotional items.

  • Any item showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or removal of original tags and packaging.

Return Authorization & Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Unapproved or unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved returns must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Returned with correct tracking information to the address provided by customer service.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds for eligible items exclude shipping and handling fees, and are credited to your original payment method within 1–10 business days of approval. Refunds are processed only after the quality assurance check and are not applicable to items returned without prior notice.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order before production, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
