Shipping policy

Production Timeline

  • Custom gowns require 4 to 12 weeks for production depending on the design complexity, fabric availability, and order volume.

  • Rush orders may be accommodated upon request for an additional fee and must be approved during your consultation.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship orders Monday through Friday using reliable courier services known for secure and timely deliveries.

  • Upon shipment, tracking information will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, with shipping limited to domestic or specific regions only.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate; Liseroyalty is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses.

Signature and Receipt

  • All packages require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, couriers will attempt a redelivery or leave the package at a safe location at their discretion.

Customs Duties and Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by their country’s regulations.

  • Liseroyalty does not reimburse these fees and they are separate from shipping costs.

Shipping Costs and Restrictions

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination and will be displayed during checkout.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our support team immediately with your order number and documentation such as photos or courier reports.

  • We will assist in filing claims and resolving the issue with the shipping carrier promptly.
